General Overview

ur home is ideal for couples or families with children. 4 It features a spacious and beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, as well as a swimming pool with views stretching to the Pyrenees — the perfect spot to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. There is also a generous barbecue area, ideal for making the most of sunny days, whether in summer or winter. The house has two floors. On the main level, there is a children’s playroom (with a double bed), a guest bedroom with either a single or double bed, a large and bright living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a workshop space. Upstairs, you’ll find another double bedroom with a terrace, a room with bunk beds opening onto a pleasant balcony, and a second bathroom. Our home is located in the small village of Esclanyà, which belongs to the municipality of Begur. It’s a peaceful residential area surrounded by nature, with many walking and cycling routes right from the doorstep. We are just a 10-minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava, including Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera, Tamariu, Llafranc, and Calella de Palafrugell.

SARAH

We are a couple in their early 50s, with a 10-year-old daughter, Maia, and an 8-year-old son, Lluc. Xavi is a visual artist and I run a small diving center located in Llafranc, a wonderful town on the Costa Brava. We love to travel, we are passionate about culture and we really enjoy spending time in nature. We have been doing housing exchanges for years and are now excited about the possibility of arranging a long-term home exchange over a period of five months.
