General Overview
Our home is a luxury 3-4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Fairlight near Manly Beach on the northern beaches of Sydney. We share one common wall with the adjoining townhouse however there is no noise from the neighbour. Full internet and wifi access with ultra modern amenities and impeccable design features
The Space
Our configuration is 3 large bedrooms plus a large rumpus/TV room on the ground floor. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the other 2 x bedrooms share a bathroom on the 3rd floor. The living area features an open kitchen, walk-in pantry, powder room , dining plus lounge room which spills out onto a deck and beautiful back lawn and garden
Guest Access
Easy entry on ground floor (street level) via keypad and the house is 3 floors with easy access via stairs.
The garage will not be accessible during the visit but there is one car space off street and plenty of on street parking outside the house.
Notes
Large internal and external blinds for the living area plus multiple reverse cycle air conditioning units plus large gas heater helps manage the temperature. The house has solar power and battery which ensures uninterrupted electricity.

Neighbourhood
Fairlight is renowned for its friendliness and is slightly away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Manly. Our townhouse is next to a small park and children's playground and there are multiple sporting facilities and beaches (surf and harbour) nearby.
Getting to my home
From Sydney airport you can public transport (train, ferry, bus) or an Uber/taxi will costs around $100 depending on time of day. From the city, there are frequent buses or catch the ferry and then walk/catch the bus up the hill.

Sydney airport is 19km away.
Getting Around
15 minutes walk to Manly beach, restaurants and pubs. 5 minutes walk to city bus and 10 minutes walk to local shopping centre and cafes. Beautiful parks and playing fields are nearby. Sydney Harbour is a 15 minute walk away as is the ferry to the city. You can also catch a bus to Manly if preferred.
