General Overview

"The house is located on the outskirts of a village in the Bohemian Paradise (Czech Paradise), offering a beautiful view of the sunset. The surrounding area is packed with castles and historical landmarks worth visiting. The garden spans 1,200 m² and includes a vegetable patch, two greenhouses, and a small wooden workshop. It is lined with thuja trees, and the terrace is surrounded by flowers of all kinds. Scattered across the property are miniature world landmarks handcrafted from small bricks. In front of the house, there is ample parking space along with a small metal garage. The house features a white facade, a grey roof, and a large terrace. Inside, there is a small hallway leading to a utility room, a bathroom, and a beauty salon frequently used by my wife. The main living area consists of an open-plan living room connected to a white-and-wood kitchen with a fireplace. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which houses a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a separate toilet, a spacious bathroom, and two kids' rooms full of toys."
