Neighbourhood

We're in the heart of maple leaf neighborhood close to restaurants and cafes in all directions, and a few minutes walk to a large reservoir park with pickleball, basketball, playground and ball fields, and a half mile walk to Greenlake (3 mile walk/bike path around Lake, beaches, a community center with pool, paddle board and boat rentals, tennis, pickleball, 3 par golf course, ice cream restaurants and shops, a bike shop). We're right in between two link light rail stations, a mile from Roosevelt station and 1.25 mile from Northgate with a regal cinema, shops, public library, 24 hour fitness, and Kraken community center with ice rinks for community use. We're located about 4 miles from downtown and are close to the i-5 freeway for easy access.
