General Overview

Our home is located in sunny Tsawwassen overlooking the beautiful Beach Grove golf course. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, a laundry, dining room, sitting room and Kitchen. An hour's drive to the closest ski slopes in North Vancouver, tulip farms in April, huge lakes for water sports and many trails.

The Space

3 bedrooms, washroom and laundry downstairs with main bedroom and living areas upstairs. No garden only small courtyard in the front with a BBQ available. Space for 2 cars in the front and also street parking. 5 min to Centennial Beach and 10 min to the ferry that takes you to Vancouver Island. We are walkable to restaurants and shops. 5 min to the local outlet Mall

Guest Access

Stairs to Guest bedrooms and washrooms but main bedroom, kitchen and living areas are all on the main floor overlooking the golf course.

Notes

Tsawwassen is the sunniest spot in the Lower Mainland and is surrounded by blueberry fields in the summer. A friendly and safe town that is 30 minutes to Vancouver and the ski slopes or day trips to any other touristy spots around. Lots to see and explore

Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. 5 min drive to the local beach and Point Roberts in the USA. 10 min drive to the ferry that goes to Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Lovely walks around the neighbourhood and around the golf course.
