General Overview

My home is 8.9 kilometres from the Perth CBD. You will have the opportunity of catching buses that are within walking distance from two different locations that are scheduled to arrive every 10 minutes to take you to the Perth city centre where there is numerous things to do like visiting museums or the Bell Tower and ferry terminals or restaurants of various culinary delights. The bus will also take you to the Perth city train station for local or regional travel. There are various restaurants and a shopping centre within walking distance. There is plenty to do in the Perth CBD and offers a blend of natural beauty and urban culture, featuring attractions like the vast Kings Park and Botanic Garden, the historic Perth Mint, WA Museums just to name a few. The port city of Fremantle is known for its maritime history, Victorian architecture and remnants from Australia's days as a British penal colony. Fremantle Prison, which housed convicts from the 1850s to 1991, now features re-created cellblocks.. A key highlight is Rottnest Island (Wadjemup), located 19 km off Fremantle, Western Australia, is an A-class reserve renowned for its 63 stunning beaches, 20 bays, and population of the native "happiest animal on earth," the quokka. The 19 sq km island is car-free, focusing on sustainable tourism, walking trails, and cycling, featuring rich Aboriginal history and colonial-era sites. The famous quokkas that have been photographed with and by many international stars. Perth boasts world-class, white-sand beaches with crystal-clear waters, ranging from bustling, amenity-rich hotspots to calm, surfing and sheltered lagoons. Key locations include the iconic Cottesloe Beach, Scarborough Beach for surfing and nightlife, family-friendly Mullaloo and Leighton Beach, and top snorkeling spots like Mettams Pool. The Swan Valley is located 25 minutes from Perth CBD, is Western Australia's oldest wine region (established 1829), offering over 40 wineries, 17+ breweries, distilleries, and artisan food producers along the Swan River. Known for Mediterranean-climate wines, heritage, and fresh produce, it serves as a premier culinary and family destination with attractions like Caversham Wildlife Park.

The Space

This is a cosy stand‑alone house in a small group of three townhouses, so you get your own space but still a nice, quiet setting. Inside, there are two queen bedrooms, each with its own TV, plus a third bedroom with trundle beds and a desk if you want to use a laptop or plan your outings. One of the bedrooms also has a Total Gym. A port-a-cot and high chair are also available for any little ones that might be visiting. There’s even a massage table available and I can share the details of a lovely lady who does Hawaiian Kahuna massage at the house when she’s available. The dining table extends to seat 6–8 people and the lounge is comfy with a three‑seater sofa, a single‑seater, and a recliner. In the back yard there is a peaceful water flowing fish tank if you wanted to relax and read a book as well as an eight seater dining table with a gas BBQ if you wanted to place a shrimp on the barbie!

Guest Access

There is a key lock where the combination on will be given upon arrival.
