What we love most about our home is the peace and quiet that surrounds it. The cottage is located in a very calm mountain area, away from crowds and traffic, making it a perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature.
You can enjoy fresh air, beautiful views, long walks and complete silence, especially in the mornings and evenings.
The house is cozy, comfortable and designed for a relaxed stay, whether you are reading, working remotely or simply resting. It is an ideal place for guests who appreciate tranquility, nature and respectful home exchanges.
The Space
The cottage is a cozy and thoughtfully designed space, ideal for couples, friends, or a small family looking for comfort and privacy. Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into an additional sleeping space if needed), a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything required to prepare simple meals.
The bedroom offers a comfortable bed with quality bedding to ensure a good night’s rest after a day spent outdoors. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden area — perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning, reading a book, or enjoying the peaceful surroundings in the evening. There is also convenient parking next to the cottage.
The space is designed to be warm, practical, and welcoming — a perfect base for slowing down, enjoying nature, and feeling at home in the mountains.
Guest Access
Guests have full and private access to the entire cottage during their stay. The entrance is independent, and guests can arrive and leave freely.
Please note that the property is located on gently terraced terrain, with a few outdoor steps on the grounds and steps leading up to the terrace. Inside the cottage, there is a staircase connecting the ground floor with the mezzanine.
Parking is available directly next to the property. Due to the mountain location, access is most convenient by car.

The nearest train stations are in Głuszyca, Wałbrzych or Nowa Ruda. From there, reaching the cottage requires a short drive or taxi.
