General Overview

What we love most about our home is the peace and quiet that surrounds it. The cottage is located in a very calm mountain area, away from crowds and traffic, making it a perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature.
You can enjoy fresh air, beautiful views, long walks and complete silence, especially in the mornings and evenings.

The house is cozy, comfortable and designed for a relaxed stay, whether you are reading, working remotely or simply resting. It is an ideal place for guests who appreciate tranquility, nature and respectful home exchanges.

The Space

The cottage is a cozy and thoughtfully designed space, ideal for couples, friends, or a small family looking for comfort and privacy. Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into an additional sleeping space if needed), a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything required to prepare simple meals.

The bedroom offers a comfortable bed with quality bedding to ensure a good night’s rest after a day spent outdoors. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden area — perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning, reading a book, or enjoying the peaceful surroundings in the evening. There is also convenient parking next to the cottage.

The space is designed to be warm, practical, and welcoming — a perfect base for slowing down, enjoying nature, and feeling at home in the mountains.

Guest Access

Guests have full and private access to the entire cottage during their stay. The entrance is independent, and guests can arrive and leave freely.

Please note that the property is located on gently terraced terrain, with a few outdoor steps on the grounds and steps leading up to the terrace. Inside the cottage, there is a staircase connecting the ground floor with the mezzanine.

Parking is available directly next to the property. Due to the mountain location, access is most convenient by car.

This is a peaceful mountain retreat, ideal for guests looking to relax and disconnect. We kindly ask visitors to respect the quiet surroundings and nature.

The cottage is allergy-friendly, and pets are not allowed.

Due to the mountain location, winter access may require winter tires during snowy conditions.

The nearest airport is Wrocław Airport (WRO), approximately 90 minutes by car. Prague Airport (PRG) is also an option, around 2.5 hours away.

🚗 By car:
The cottage is easily accessible by car and parking is available directly next to the property.

🚆 By train:
The nearest train stations are in Głuszyca, Wałbrzych or Nowa Ruda. From there, reaching the cottage requires a short drive or taxi.

We had such a smooth and lovely stay at Krzysztof’s place. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. Honestly, we didn’t feel the need to go out at all - the house has everything you need to truly switch off and unwind from the hustle of daily life. It’s one of those rare places where you can just be. The space is filled with sunshine, surrounded by nature with birds singing all around - incredibly peaceful. The home was spotless, very well prepared, and the bed was so fluffy and comfortable we slept amazingly well. We spent our time enjoying simple pleasures: grilling, making a bonfire, sitting on the terrace, and just slowing down. Exactly what we needed. Krzysztof’s communication was excellent, always very prompt, helpful, and easy. You can truly see the level of care he puts into hosting, and I’m sure many guests will have the pleasure of experiencing this special place. We’re very much looking forward to welcoming him in Prague soon!

This exchange was quickly arranged, but thanks to the helpful and kind communication of Mr. Kryzstof, it went without any problems. The Tinyhouse is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. The location is away from other buildings, so it's great for relaxing. The entire area is fenced and has an outdoor area for sitting and by the fire. The equipment is very tasteful and you feel at home here. This region is not very touristy, but we spent a full weekend here full of interesting places - Kisiaz Castle, many lookout towers in the area and the underground city of Osowka. We can only recommend this place and we will definitely be happy to return. Thank you very much.
