The house sits on a hill overlooking the ocean by the village of Moreré in the island of Boipeba. Our land is full of fruit trees like mango and avocado and even has a green roof with sitting areas for eating or enjoying the view. The island has possible the most beautiful beaches in Brazil and is still very unspoiled and with a rich local culture with colorful festivals and beautiful music.
The Space
The house has a huge living area with sitting room, kitchen, dining area with adjoining veranda that also has an eating area. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level, all with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. There is also a green roof leading of the bedrooms and in room has a suspended net veranda for hanging out. The house is decorated uniquely with furniture made from local abandoned boats and art and objects we have collected from around Bahia. Our electricity is generated with solar power, we have solar hot water and a biodigestor for treating waste water. Come and enjoy!
