General Overview

It is a newly designed home architecturally created by some of Australia’s best. It is placed in the hinterland of Byron Bay, with rolling green hills, beautiful hills and within a quiet neighbour. The home can sleep 10 people in the 5 bedrooms. We are on a farm stay and yet minutes to the Byron bay’s famous beaches and waterways. May hikes in the nearby tropical rainforests.

The Space

The space has burnished concrete floors, a sandstone fireplace and modern kitchen with all amenities. ( Thermomix, Coffee machine etc) There is an outdoor/indoor feel that leads to the infinity pool with a spa. 3 new bathrooms and a full ensuite. There is an outdoor firepit for cold Nights in winter. For the children there is a treehouse, swing and skateboard ramp plus toys to play with. We have horses, chickens and alpacas That can be looked after by our regular stable hand or you if you’re wanting a full farmstay experience. The house yard is fully fenced with electrical front gate for privacy and there is an Indoor garage that flows to the house for ease and accessibility.

2 floors and a 3 step split level. 3 bedrooms are up the 3 stairs. One large rumpus/bunkbed space downstairs with ensuite. The main bedroom is full disability accessible as is the main bathroom, kitchen and pool area.

Car is required for our area and most of byron bay if not central. We are located 15 minutes to byron bay central, 12 minutes to Brunswick heads and 40 minutes to Sth Gold Coast.
