A big group or family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place! Ski lifts (Heavenly Gondola) are right outside your doorstep. Only steps away to Restaurants, Shops (Target and more), Hiking trails, Casinos, and (a short walk to) the breathtaking Lake Tahoe!

There is a one-time housekeeping fee of USD310, and if you have a car, a valet parking of USD45/car/day at check out that go to Grand Residence.

My family comes here to ski every weekend in the winter and once a month in the summer. We do have a studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. Please let us know which one would best fit your group.

The Space

- Master bedroom (downstairs): Queen-size bed, fireplace and television.
- Small balcony with pool and mountain views.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen-size bed and television.
- Living room 1 (downstairs): Queen-size pull out sofa bed, fireplace and television. Two twin window beds. Dining area with seating for six, plus bar seating for two.
- Living room 2 (upstairs):  Queen-size pull out sofa bed, workspace and television. Mezzanine area overlooks downstairs living room and includes a dining table with seating for three to four.
- Fully equipped kitchen: full-size fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, & coffee maker with coffee & tea
- Bathroom 1: Shower, separate jetted tub, two sinks (access from Master bedroom)
- Bathroom 2: Shower over bath tub (access from Bedroom two)
- Bathroom 3: Shower over bath tub (access from Living room)
- This is a valet parking only with in and out privileges
- EV car charging fee is $15 per charge per car. EV charging may be over-subscribed at times, please check with valet to confirm availability.
