Getting to my home

* Take trains via London or direct regional connections (depending on the airport and timetable), then continue from Colchester station by taxi or local transport
* Take a bus (National Express) to Colchester bus station and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the house.

By road

If travelling by car:

* Leave the A12 at the Colchester exits.
* Follow signs for Colchester Town Centre/Garrison.
* Garrison Parade is in the former garrison redevelopment area, just south of the city centre and close to Abbey Field.  ￼

By rail

The nearest stations are:

* Colchester Town railway station – about a 5–10 minute walk.
* Colchester North railway station – about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) away, with frequent services to and from London Liverpool Street, Norwich and Ipswich.

From Colchester Town station:

* Exit the station.
* Walk south-west towards the Garrison development.
* Garrison Parade is only around 500 metres away.  ￼

From Colchester Town station:

1. Exit the station onto St Botolph’s Street.
2. Head towards the former garrison development.
3. Follow signs for Garrison Parade.
4. Number 13 is on Garrison Parade.

The walk is approximately 5–10 minutes (about 500 m).

From Colchester city centre (High Street):

* Walk south via St Botolph’s Street into the Garrison area.
