Our house is close to many green areas in Madrid, and just 20 minutes by metro to the Puerta del Sol. It has wide views, two bedrooms, and an office. It is decorated in a rustic Mediterranean style. It is next to Matadero Madrid, a very nice art and culture center, and the "Madrid Rio Area", a popular park to walk around. It is very bright and has two terraces. It has a large Jacuzzi bathtub and fans/heaters in all rooms. The building doesn't have a lift. We also have a cat living in the house: Rafi. She is very calm, sociable, and curious.
