General Overview

We live in Penticton, only a few minutes drive from the downtown. We have a brand new 32ft pool and a brand new beautiful kitchen!

Our yard has views of the mountains and the lake. 

Penticton is a popular location for summer holidays as we have two beautiful lakes with dozens of beaches.

The Space

We have a three bedroom house, plus an office to share. There are two living rooms, both with TV. 

There are two full bathrooms, plus the ensuite off the upstairs master bedroom has a powder room / toilet. 

Bedroom 1 - has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - has a twin bed.
Bedroom 3 - has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access

The house is spread over two floors and is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Notes

Please note, whilst our pool meets provincial regulations for fencing, the fencing goes around the property only. Children could therefore exit the house and get to the pool.  The pool has a shallow end and deep end, please assess those before entering.

We are near the hospital in Penticton. We are about 20-30 minute walk to the city centre and a 5 minute drive.

Nearest airport

Penticton has it's own airport which is just 10 minutes drive away. The closest international airport is Kelowna, which is a one hour drive.

We are a family of 4 living in beautiful Penticton, BC.  We love Penticton for the beautiful hot summers and mild Canadian winters. 

We are just minutes from world-class mountain biking and rock-climbing in the summer, and 35 minutes to Apex Mountain Resort for winter sports.  Penticton is unique in that the city sits between two lakes - Lake Okanagan and Lake Skaha - two of the warmest lakes in Canada. This makes Penticton a great summer destination for boating, water-sports and more.  Penticton also has amazing restaurants and coffee shops.  We are just 4 hours drive from Vancouver. 

Blair and Anita immigrated to Canada in 2008 from Australia to chase the mountains and never went back! 

We love snowboarding, mountain biking, rock-climbing and the water. We love to travel and try to take long and short trips multiple times a year.  

We are also interested in shorter trips to Vancouver or anywhere in the within 6-8 hours for theatre, biking and climbing trips!

We have two dogs who we can travel with or leave behind. Our teens homeschool so we are pretty flexible with our travel dates. Anita works remotely so we are very flexible in how we travel.
