General Overview

The last focus of our house renovation was the attic. We finished the appartment in February 2025, opening this great space to different meetings, gatherings and accomodation purposes. Its a great joy to have a guest appartment fully equiped and available most of the year!

The Space

It is a studio flat(54m2) with a kitchen corner, separate bathroom with a large shower and a toilet.

Guest Access

The entrange gates from the street are shared with us, living on the ground floor. Then you need to climb a spiral iron staircase to get to the attic. Its separated from the house.

Notes

The heating is provided by a central fire place. In case of need the airconditioning can provide also warmth.

Our location is 20min to the city center of foot. We have a Tesco Express and 2 other groceries 2-5min walk. A large Aquapark, sporting outdoor courts and many cycling routes give you some options for activity.

The bus/train station is a bit further(40min walk)

  • Lubica and Dominik with their 3 children are very sweet and heart opening guests. We loved to have them here and share a couple of days together. The weather was not so good but anyway we had some nice talks and they left everything tidied up and clean so I had no work after their stay. I hope to soon see them again and get to know slowakia .
