There is a major grocery store (King Soopers) that is part of Kroger brand. It has a Starbucks coffee inside.
There’s a great bar called Parker Pour House, a take out Italian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a handful of options for fast food, and an ice cream shop.
Nearest airport
DIA is the closest major airport and it is about 30 minutes away by car via the toll road (E-470). Please be aware that this is 100% automated toll that uses a sticker or transponder. There is no booth to stop and pay the toll while driving on it.
There are other routes available without the toll road as well.
Getting Around
You will need a car.
Within walking distance there are grocery store, ice cream shop, and a number of restaurants and bars.
Within 10 minute drive:
- Downtown Parker. Small town local shops.
- PACE center for arts.
- H2O’Brien water park and playground.
- Voted best barbecue in Colorado - Hickory House.
- Target, Walmart.
Within 30 min drive:
- Factory Shops Outlets at Castle Rock. Great center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
- Castlewood Canyon State Park. Hiking with views to the Rocky Mountains and to a canyon. Paved and unpaved trail options.
- Bluffs Regional Park. Hiking overlooking the city and the mountains. Perfect for day hike or sunset views.
Within 1 hour drive:
- Downtown Denver, and all their attractions. Mile High Stadium, Children’s Museum, Aquarium, Ball Arena, Rino Art District, Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Zoo, City Park.
- Red Rocks Amphitheater.
- Colorado Springs.
- Garden of the Gods. Stunning rock formations with snow capped mountain in the background (Pikes Peak).
- Evergreen, mountain town in the Rocky Mountains. Lake for fishing, standup paddle boarding.
Within 2 hours drive:
- Rocky Mountain National Park.
- Several ski resorts, from Ikon pass.
