General Overview

I love spending time in my home especially when the sun is rising and when the sun is setting. The skies in New Mexico are so special and they are part of what makes this part of the world so appealing. The neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of and is a quick drive to downtown Santa Fe. Santa Fe is a very cosmopolitan « small » town. There are numerous cultural activities including opera, art festivals, concerts, and such plus we are known for the wonderful restaurants and art galleries.

The Space

My home is a contemporary home located in a small subdivision so the neighbor hood is quiet and comfortable. The house has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The guest bathroom enjoys a full tub, while the main bathroom has a beautiful stand in shower. The living room is spacious and wonderful for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. The kitchen is very ample with a large glass dining set for entertaining. There is are two outdoor patios for enjoying the beautiful high desert skies. The home has radiant heat and AC throughout the home. The home will be maintained by my own cleaning lady at the time agreed by you!

The home is an 8 minute drive to the heart of Santa Fe which boasts a plethora of great restaurants and access to so many cultural events.

The nearest airport is the Santa Fe Airport which is a 15 minute drive from my home. The Albuquerque International Airport is one hour away.
