General Overview

Family friendly, light-filled 2BR home in an incredibly friendly, walkable neighborhood! The south-facing common spaces get amazing light all day. We love to cook, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking with great flow into the dining room. There's a gas-powered fireplace to be cozy for winter. Kid friendly, with two cribs and heaps of toys, games, and puzzles. Fun front yard with lots of kid vehicles! <10 min walk to BART, <5 min walk to amazing pizza, pub, farmers market, and bakery.

The Space

The house is a 2BR/1BA. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a mini-crib (can be used or folded up). The second bedroom has a twin, crib, and workstation. There's a fabulous porch, front yard, and backyard for playing in.

Neighbourhood

Walkable, adorable, family-friendly neighborhood close to Berkeley and San Francisco. ~8 minute walk to BART, 1 block from a bus that takes you to UC Berkeley, very bikeable. There's a few cafes, a bakery, and a farmers market within a 5 minute walk. An incredible playground is a <10 minute walk away, and the coffeeshops and restaurants of Solano Avenue are ~15-20 minutes away.
