General Overview
Location is key and this home couldn't be in a better spot! We have lakes for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. Twenty miles of hiking trails are located in the community along with amazing amenities such as tennis, pickleball, 18 hole golf course, swimming pool, Clubhouse with a restaurant and bocce.
The Space
This unique little home has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 full baths on the main level with a full kitchen and screened in porch off the back of the house. The loft has a daybed with a trundle and a very large couch with TV. The basement has 3 twin beds, a TV, full bathroom and an arcade game with over 300 games! On the lower deck you'll find a deck table and chairs along with a ping pong table.
Guest Access
We have a gravel driveway with enough parking for around 6 cars. The house has 3 levels and a spiral staircase from the main level to the basement. Access to the basement can also be found from a set of stairs outside from the driveway to the lower porch. A door to the basement is located there.
Notes
This is a gated community. Information will need to be given to our Gate House prior to arrival for access.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is magical. We have the most beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls and beautiful lakes for swimming and enjoying. We also have a slew of amenities to enjoy such as pickleball, tennis, bocce, golf, swimming pool and Clubhouse with restaurant.
Getting to my home
Getting to our home will be most easily done by car. Please keep in mind that Uber and Lift do not often run here and make other driving arrangements.

Greenville, SC-Spartanburg (1 hour 15 minutes)
Getting Around
We are located in Brevard and are about 15 minutes away from the downtown area which has shopping and restaurants. Asheville is about 1 hour away.
