General Overview

It is very very quiet, warm, and in the oldest part of New York City. It is a prewar apartment, with a lot of details, which is special to find amongst all of the new developments.

The Space

There is a foyer for coats and shoes at the entrance, kitchen with a fridge/oven/gas stove/juicer/blender, living/dining area with a smart tv/dining table with chairs, and convertible sofa, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bedroom with twin bed (good for a child) and full bed. The space has very nice light in the daytime, and there is a closet for use.

Guest Access

The elevator (or stairs) provides full access.

Notes

The neighbors are extremely quiet.

Bakeries, cafes, restaurants are all within 4 blocks. A new library is across the street open Mon-Sat, and there are two great parks within walking distance. Also the MET Cloisters museum is just a few minutes by foot.

Getting to my home

It's best and shortest to take a ride-share (UBER, LYFT) from the airport.

Nearest airport

JFK is 40 minutes by car or 1.5 hours by subway; LaGuardia is 25 minutes by car or 1 hour by subway; Newark is much further.

Getting Around
