General Overview

We love our safe, quiet neighborhood with a suburban feel in the city. Close to the canal for a bike ride/skate in the winter. Our home is very well maintained as it has been in our family for decades, having acquired it from my aunt a few years ago. It is full of nostalgia and lots of love and we know you'll love it too! We especially love our big new deck in the backyard, with a propane fire pit that gets full afternoon sun.

First time home exchanger. Newley wed couple looking to travel abroad in Europe/Mexico/Asia but more specifically, Scotland this Fall. Wanting to share our lovely home on a quiet street in Canada's capital city of Ottawa. 15 min walk to train station, 5 minute walk to bus stop. 3 bedrooms but set up as 2 bedrooms and 1 office. Close to biking trails, shopping, movie theater, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown.
