We are a family of four but with our adult kids working in Seattle and at university in the Netherlands it is just my wife and I plus one cat at home. We have a lovely family home In Constantia Hills very near Constantia Uitsig Winery and restaurants and four of the oldest wineries in the Cape area. with four bedrooms plus an art studio. One on-suite and the other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. A lovely large outdoor pool, a nice size garden with rolling lawns plus a wonderful entertainment area and deck that looks towards Table Mountain. We have Table Mountian on our doorstep, great mountainbiking trails and hikes, walks on greenbelts, two Golf courses close by, numerous restaurants and Muizenberg beach for some surf and relaxation a mere 15-20 minutes away by car. Paradise really.
