The kitchen is fully equipped. The home is fitted with ducted air‑conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort in every season. High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace are available.. Outside, you’ll find several lovely spaces to enjoy the Australian lifestyle. A spacious balcony is perfect for morning coffee, while the patio offers a cosy spot to unwind. The garden includes a swing and trampoline, offering endless fun for children, and from the backyard you can enjoy a view of the Sydney skyline.

It’s an ideal location for visitors who want to explore Sydney while still enjoying the peace and comfort of a residential area. Supermarkets, local shops and cafés are just a short walk away. A bus stop is just a 5‑minute walk away, providing a direct route into the city in around 45 minutes. However, a car is recommended if you want to explore more comfortably and reach Sydney’s attractions more quickly — the CBD and major sights are about 20 minutes away by car. One of the highlights of this area is its proximity to Lane Cove National Park, a beautiful and family‑friendly natural reserve perfect for bushwalks, kayaking, picnics and bike rides. The neighborhood offers leafy streets, a relaxed atmosphere and a welcoming community — all while keeping you close to everything Sydney has to offer.
