Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is a small, quiet community of only 72 homes, set on a natural preserve along St. Andrews Bay. There’s a single entry/exit which keeps it calm and low-traffic, and it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy Florida nature—especially the bay views, walking bridge, and community waterfront pool area. Truly how locals live!

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) — Panama City, Florida. 40 minutes from home or an average $40 car service ride.

Getting Around

A car is the best way to explore. Most of what you’ll want—beaches, state park, Shell Island access, restaurants, groceries, boat/bike/golf cart rentals, and water activities—is typically within about 10 minutes by car on the east end of Panama City Beach. There are also beautiful Florida springs within 40 minutes which are stunning!
