General Overview

We love living in Kedron, it is a very convenient location in Brisbane. Our house is quite large, perhaps too big for the two of us (our kids have grown up & moved out). It is very peaceful & tranquil here!

The Space

Our main living area is upstairs where we have our kitchen, dining & living room, opening up onto a covered deck which overlooks the swimming pool. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs with a queen, double & single bed. There is also a room downstairs with a double futon which could be used as a 4th bedroom. The main bathroom is upstairs, with a separate toilet. There is also a functional bathroom downstairs but needs updating. There is a second spacious living area downstairs with access to the pool and garden.

Kedron is a quiet, leafy neighborhood, known for it's proximity to good schools, hospitals & shops. There is an extensive walking & cycling path along the Kedron Brook.
