And when you want to take a break, Wainui Beach-world renowned surf beach- is only 1km / 10 minute walk away. The house sits on the top tier of a one‑acre section, giving it an elevated, open feel. The lower tier is planted with palm trees and New Zealand natives, creating a lush, private backdrop and attracting plenty of birdlife. It’s a home designed for ease, warmth, and connection to the outdoors -a peaceful retreat with all the benefits of modern living
