General Overview

Comfortable house (groundfloor) in a rural area but 10 - 15 minutes by car to the center of Palma and the beaches around, very convenient to explore the island, as the motorway is 4 min away by car. There is a small garden to soak up the sun, good street parking, very quiet, only neighbors to one side, the other side is field. Son Sardina is like a small village but is a part of Palma.

The Space

From the garden, you enter the living room, from where you reach the dormitory, the bathroom and the kitchen, and through the kitchen the other rooms.

Guest Access

Only ground floor, no stairs or steps. Access through the garden, at the end of a dead-end-street/cul-de-sac, so very quiet.

Good public transport into Palma, not so good to get to other parts of the island, as this is generally difficult on Mallorca. There are always connections but takes a long time, depending on where you wanna go.
