General Overview

Our home is a beautiful 1940’s cottage with charm and loving attention paid to every detail. Complete with built in bookshelves, a south facing bay window, a farmhouse kitchen, abundant gardens our little paradise is a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 20 minute drive to the foothills and dozens of hiking trails and a 45 minute drive to the popular Estes Park in the heart of the Rockies.

The Space

Our charming home has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level with a (bright) basement bedroom and bathroom.

Our neighborhood is extremely walkable with a great park two blocks away, a nearby lake, grocery stores, and restaurants all within walking distance.

Getting to my home

We are about an hours drive from Denver International Airport if you are flying. If you are driving we are ten minutes from Interstate 25 just south of Fort Collins.
