With rolling hills right on our doorstep and the vibrant, historic city centre less than 10 minutes away, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds. Our home boasts generous outdoor space, complete with a trampoline and football goal for kids to play and explore. Inside, the open-plan kitchen and dining area make social meals fun and memorable—a true hub for family gatherings. And when winter arrives, our cozy fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

The Space

Spacious 4-Bedroom Semi-Detached Home in a Peaceful Neighborhood Welcome to our lovely family home, located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with countryside walks right on your doorstep. Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for those who love to cook and entertain. The cozy living room features a log burner, perfect for relaxing on chilly winter evenings. From the dining area, step directly into a generous open garden space, ideal for outdoor dining and play. There’s even a trampoline at the front of the garden for children to enjoy, and a large field next door for even more green space. Upstairs, the home offers an ensuite master bedroom in the loft, three additional bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor, plus a convenient ground-floor toilet. We also have an extra daybed available if needed. Our location is fantastic—just under 10 minutes by car to the city center, or a short 3-minute walk to the bus stop, with buses reaching the center in about 10 minutes. Prefer walking? You can stroll downhill into the city in around 30 minutes. If you fancy a day trip to London, it is only 1 hour 15 mins by direct train from Bath City Centre. We’re also close to National Trust properties and beautiful nature trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

Getting to my home

By air - nearest airport is Bristol which is an hour drive away. London Heathrow airport is about 2 hours drive away. By rail - Bath railway station is only a 10 mins bus ride to ours.

Bristol airport is only an hour drive away or there is regular bus between bristol airport to Bath city centre. London heathrow airport has regular National express bus journey, which takes 2 hours 15 mins to Bath City Centre.

Getting Around

Within 15 mins walk there is a big supermarket and within 5 mins walk there is a local bakery, local grocery store, pharmacy and post office. Bus stop into city centre is only 5 mins walk from our house. There is off street parking or you can park on our drive.
