The house is located 5 minutes walk (a few steps) from the lakefront (beach, bars) and also 5 minutes away there is a campsite with a fairly well-stocked supermarket. A 15-minute walk away there is the village with supermarket, two beautiful churches, tobacconist, bars, restaurants. By car you can reach in less than an hour 3 golf courses, nautical centers, excursions, trekking, public swimming pool, shopping shops, sailing centers, boat rental, ferry to circulate on the lake.
