General Overview

We are specifically looking for a long term (year) house swap in 2028. Please reach out! Open to other times, durations and options. Our home is peaceful, airy, light and open with a treasured garden with abundant herbs and vegetables and a small lawn area with in-ground trampoline. Family friendly. The house has 3 bedrooms plus toy room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with butlers pantry, separate laundry room and office. The main bedroom has an ensuite and parents retreat. The house is in a quiet, suburban street with kind neighbours. It's a short walk to a street filled with cafes and restaurants, a 10 minute bus or bike ride to Newcastle city centre and a 5 minute drive to a beach that has safe swimming or surfing for the adventurous.

The Space

The house has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 king singles which convert to king) plus toy room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with butlers pantry, separate laundry room and office. The main bedroom has an ensuite and parents retreat. Our home was recently fully rennovated and is well appointed.

Guest Access

House is all one level. There are 3 stairs up to then entrance and two steps up from the rear deck to the yard. All windows have mesh security screens
