Common area laundry room and garage/recycling facilities for building. Large south facing patio with fenced backyard with trees for privacy, BBQ and seating areas.

Things to Do, Places to Eat, & More ...Commercial Drive, or "The Drive," is Vancouver's vibrant, bohemian heart, known for its eclectic mix of Italian heritage (Little Italy), multicultural food scene, independent shops (vintage, organic, unique boutiques), lively bars, breweries and strong community vibe, blending old-world charm with modern hipness and creativity, offering everything from cheap eats to high-end artisanal goods in a historically rich, evolving setting. We are a short drive (15 mins) to downtown Vancouver, 20 mins from many beaches and about a 30 -45 minute drive to golf courses and our local ski mountains (Grouse, Seymour, Cypress)!
