General Overview
Located in Bicheno on the beautiful East coast of Tasmania, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk into the main town centre- cafes, stores & supermarket.
30 minutes to the Freycinet national park/Wineglass Bay and many vineyards.
Our place is modern, three bedroom home and built by my husband Dan (he’s a very clever registered builder) it’s in a newer area and has everything you may need.
It has an open plan style kitchen, lounge and dining area- plus three queen bedrooms, with ample storage.
The property receives beautiful morning and afternoon. The East Coast of Tasmania generally receives 300 sunny days a year.
From google….
Bicheno is a charming, relaxed coastal town on Tasmania's East Coast, famous for its penguin colonies, beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, coastal walks, and stunning scenery with orange lichen-covered granite rocks, acting as a perfect base for exploring nearby Freycinet & Douglas-Apsley National Parks. Key attractions include the Blowhole, East Coast Natureworld, Diamond Island, and opportunities for diving, whale watching, and wildlife encounters, especially little penguins at dusk.
The Space
The property is eight years old as noted built by my husband who is a registered builder, it’s an open plan kitchen lounge and dining with three separate queen bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower and a tub. The property offer also features a large laundry with a wash washer there is a clothes Line on the deck.
There is a small low maintenance yard and also a deck for entertaining with outdoor furniture
