General Overview

We love that our home is a custom Cape Cod style in a cul de sac neighborhood. The house has been fully remodeled before we purchased it and we have taken pride in maintaining it ever since. Our neighborhood, The Willows, is on the Lobo Trail, which is great. We can walk/run/ride our bikes into Boulder easily, or even into Longmont. The trail system is extensive. The grocery store and library, dispensary, restaurants, liquor store are all one mile away

The Space

Our home has a two car garage, a king sized bed in the MBR with sitting area and dedicated bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bathroom is used now as a yoga and meditation/ Buddhist study room, so has very little furniture. The very large 4th bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a full sized sleeper sofa. The 3 bathrooms share a full bath with tub/shower. We have lots of rugs and art from some of our travels throughout the house. Our neighborhood has tennis courts and a community pool and is on the Lobo Trail. Our has always been a pet free home, but dogs would be considered, but not on any of the furniture. Definitely no cats allowed.
