General Overview

What we love most about our home is how easy and relaxed life feels here. It’s a small, modern, open-plan house that’s light, fresh and easy to live in. There’s a BBQ for casual outdoor meals, and everything about the space is designed for low-fuss, comfortable living. We’re a five-minute walk to the beach, cafés and restaurants, yet still only around 40 minutes from the Sydney CBD by public transport. The area has a great laid-back community feel and an excellent lifestyle balance. With two comfortable double bedrooms, it’s a simple, calm space — a chill little house in a chill little area.

Sarah

We’re a relaxed, respectful Sydney-born family of three with a 5-year-old son. I work in communications and my husband works in construction, so we’re organised, practical and very mindful of caring for our own home and those we visit. We’re tidy, quiet and considerate. We love a good BBQ, beach days, snowboarding trips and travelling as a family. We also have a small, very friendly 10-year-old dog, George, who will most likely stay with family during swaps, depending on dates.
