This spacious four-bedroom Whitehorse home is thoughtfully designed for families and adventure-seekers alike. With five comfortable beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day exploring the Yukon.
The home is especially welcoming for children, featuring a great selection of toys, a safe, fenced garden, and an outdoor kids’ play structure that encourages imaginative play and active fun in every season.
Families will appreciate the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with direct access to nearby trails, perfect for walking, biking, or skiing right from the doorstep. Convenient bus stops are within easy walking distance, offering simple access to downtown Whitehorse and beyond.
For active kids and adults, the home is located close to a climbing wall and gymnastics center, making it easy to stay active year-round.
The household includes a friendly indoor-only cat, and our dog may be part of your stay upon request—or can be off-site if you prefer. This flexibility makes the home a great fit for families with varying comfort levels around pets.

Things to know about Whitehorse:
- In 2011, the World Health Organization ranked Whitehorse #1 for cleanest air in the world.
- Legend says Whitehorse got its name when gold seekers thought Miles Canyon’s wild rapids resembled the manes of charging white horses.
- The Whitehorse area has over 700 kilometres of marked trail, including 85 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails.
- Today, 11 of the 14 Yukon First Nations have signed their Self-Government agreements. They are responsible for their own resource management, economic and social programs, combining traditional activities on the land with entrepreneurial and administrative skills in businesses, government and tourism.

Green master bedroom: King bed, organic cotton bed sheets and duvet cover, 2 windows with blackout curtains.
Blue Kids room - double bed, c100% cotton sheets and duvet cover. Small desk and books. The room has one large window and a closet. Black out blind and curtains installed.
White wall room: Queen Bed with 100% cotton bedding. Small dresser and closet for storage. Window with blackout curtains.
Playroom: 2 stackable single beds with large window and blackout curtains. Toys include dress up costumes, Lego, books, cars, puzzles, and games (Tickets to Ride, chess, Quirkly are some examples)
2 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.
Guest Access
This is a split-level home with stairs going both up and down when you enter the main door. The upstairs has the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom, office, and bathroom. The lower level is a bathroom, and the other bedrooms. This lover level has a wood stove and a small seating area.

Neighbourhood
This part of Whitehorse is a new area with a brand-new gymnastic center and climbing wall (a 5-minute walk away). The neighborhood has multiple playgrounds, paved trails, green parks, and wild forest trails. From the front door of our home, you can walk to the Yukon River (a major North American river that flows through the central Yukon territory of northwestern Canada and the central region of the U.S. state of Alaska. It measures 1,980 miles (3,190 km) from the headwaters.
You will find a snack/ice cream store and a soon-to-open restaurant. You are in downtown Whitehorse in 10 min by car.
Getting to my home
Fly to Calgary, Alberta, or Vancouver, BC. Once you have that flight, you can get a connecting flight with Air North for $99 Canadian each way. (We can help you with this part... It's a local's deal.

Getting Around
Depending on your trip goals, renting a car is the best way to see the Yukon. Once you are here, you will want to drive (or fly) to Dawson City or drive 1.5 hours to Skagway, Alaska!
If you just want to explore Whitehorse, bus, walk, bike, or car rental is the way to go.
