Neighbourhood

Located in the Rhone Valley, you can visit many wineries and enjoy many excellent restaurants. 
We are 15 minutes from the Safari de Peaugres and 30 minutes from a cross-country skiing/sledging resort (Le Bessat).

Getting Around

The village centre offers all the necessary amenities: bakery, mini-market, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurant, café, take-away pizza... We are -5 minutes away by car and it is possible to go through trails to get there on foot.
We have several towns nearby: Chavanay (10min), Annonay (15min), Vienne (35min), Lyon and St Etienne (50min).

We are a family with a 3 year old child and a baby. We both work in real estate and we are renovating our house located in Pilat.
For my part, I started home exchanges when I was little, at the beginning of this concept.
For 2026, we are looking for close destination, easy with young kids. And for 2027, we are open to any proposal.
