Located 15 mins from Papamoa Plaza and beach, 25 mins to Tauranga CBD and 20 mins to Mount Maunganui surf beach.
There are numerous walks and bike trails in the area including Kaiete falls, Summerhill Park, Papamoa Regional Park, and a 9 hole Golf Course.
