We have a 1- and 4-year-old, so the house is fully set up for babies and young children. It’s comfortable, practical, and thoughtfully equipped for longer stays. Sleeping arrangements: • Primary bedroom: King bed • Guest bedroom: Twin bed • Child’s bedroom: Twin bed • Crib/cot (movable) • Main-floor sofa sleeps one adult comfortably Amenities include: • Private outdoor patio/garden with charcoal grill and children’s toys • Espresso machine and trappings to make a delicious home-brewed cappuccino • Fast Wi-Fi and dedicated workstation for remote work • Apple TV • Smart home features (lighting and appliances) We also have two calm, friendly cats who love meeting new people and are easy to care for.

I'm Amy, and together with my husband Tasneem, we're working professionals who love to travel. I’m a director at a social impact firm while my husband is a ceramic artist. We have two boys, 4 years old and 6 months old, and two friendly and low-maintenance cats named Taro and Ginny who would be happy to share their home with others. We’ve been settled here in Washington DC since 2018. It’s an amazing city and we love it! We live in a wonderfully characterful Victorian rowhome in the neighborhood of Bloomingdale, and the location has become our favorite little slice of DC. Our spot is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath in a super walkable and family-friendly area close to all the great local joints you’d want to see when spending some time in the District!
