General Overview
We live on a canal (waterway) and have direct fishing and boating from our private jetty. We have kayaks and stand up paddle boards! We are a 8 minute walk to the beach (or less if you take the bike!)
We are super close to local shops and restaurants but don’t hear a thing from our private, gated home. We have amazing sunsets, and literally feel like we live where many would want to holiday!
The Space
We have a large living space with glass enclosing it from weather. We have 3 x aircon units in the entire home. 3 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans only. We get beautiful coastal breezes throughout the home.
We have 4 bedrooms each with Queen beds and the primary bedroom upstairs has a KIng size bed.
We have 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Our home is geared for those who like an outdoor lifestyle and swimming, paddling, beaching etc.
There is a large carpeted stairway to the primary bedroom and bathroom. All other bedrooms, and living and laundry are downstairs. Please note that on the main living floor there are a number of small steps, separating the entry, living and then to the outdoor. Only one step each time, but may not be suitable if elderly or small child learning to walk.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home.
A car exchange may be possible depending on dates.
Notes
We have a 5 year old Toy Cavoodle called Daisy who is happiest with people. She does not shed and is fabulous for people with allergies (me!) She may be able to stay with you, very well behaved, or she can stay with friends if you prefer.

Getting to my home
It is best to fly into the Sunshine Coast airport (Maroochydore) and hire a car, or Uber to our home (15 minute drive). If coming from Brisbane Airport it is about 1 hour drive time.

Brisbane Airport 1 hour drive.
Getting Around
We are 5 minutes to a local shopping complex that has 3 supermarkets, movie theatres, cafes and restaurants, fuel station, nail salons and loads of retail stores.
