General overview

Tucked away in a beautiful, private & safe neighborhood, you will be close to all restaurants, shops, and grocery stores -all within 5 minutes! Our Home is located in the most sought after location with it's close proximity to the interstate to quickly get to the beautiful gulf coast beaches- our favorite hidden gem being Navarre!

The space

My husband is a custom carpenter, and you will see his beautiful craftmanship throughout the house! We love all of the open living spaces, including the screened in florida room leading out to the screened -in, in ground pool. Truly as OASIS! We love enjoying a day at the beach, and then taking a dip in the pool in the evenings. Perfect for families with kids, with all of the safety features in place including pool gate (self locking), pool door locks and alarms (not to be in place of proper adult supervision.) We have lots of areas in the backyard for the kids to play (fenced in on 1 acre). We have a TV in the main living area and also on the screened-in Florida room. We have a renovated kitchen made for functionality w/adjoining dining room (custom cabinets done by my husband!- pictures to be updated shortly!) and large living room with oversized real leather sectional, we love lounging on, reading a good book, and the pillows can be removed to make room for a additional guest. Super comfortable! We have 3 bedrooms- one which functions as a home office with full office work area, and built in murphy bed that folds down for easy access to a guest bed. Another room includes two comfortable twin sized mattresses and the oversized master with onsuite bathrooms and his/her closets. There is a powder room just off the laundry room to use, after a day at the beach or pool, to easily clean up and throw a load in. The neighbors are wonderful and neighborhood walkable and bikeable!

Hey there! We are Kim & Corey Gillinov. I work as a Clinical Nurse Educator and my husband Corey is a skilled carpenter, and we have our own custom carpentry business. We love serving our community with our careers. We have two boys, who are wonderful and so fun! We prefer travel during school Holidays, but are open to other times as well. We love to travel and feel SOOOO blessed to LIVE literally where people vacation. Our beautiful home is just 30 minutes from the gorgeous WHITE SAND, beaches of Pensacola, Navarre (our favorite) and Perdido Key! Our home is conveniently located near a shopping center (Publix, Target, TJMAXX <3) and is easy to get on the interstate to head to the beach! Our Home has 3 nice sized bedrooms, a home office with built in murphy bed, screened in Florida Room and screened-in private in-ground POOL! Truly an oasis. We do have all child safety features including alarmed doors, locks and pool gate to put your mind at ease. We love to exchange, send us a message!
