General Overview

We have a large back yard with a view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the heated pool in the summer and the hot tub and fire pit year round. The house is spacious with a great open layout and 5 bedrooms. We even have a home gym and two separate spaces for watching t.v. Located just 10 minutes from Stouffville and 15-25 min to Markham.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the main floor, second floor and part of the basement with a home gym and tv space. A family member tenants the rest of the basement.

Notes

Currently building a second separate entrance. At the moment tenant enters through the garage and down the basement in the main room.

Neighbourhood

Great Italian cafe at the bottom of the street, highly sought after restaurant on the lake. Quiet neighborhood with a cottage like feeling but close to all amenities.

Getting to my home

A car is recommended. Easily accessed via paved roads off of major roads.

Nearest airport

Nearest airport is YYZ (Toronto Pearson), approximately 66 km, just over an hour.

Getting Around

Car is recommended to access all of the GTA.

Maurita

We are a family of 4 with 2 university aged children. We love active vacations with beach volleyball, pickleball and just being outdoors in general. We also snowboard. We are teachers and would love to home exchange during the Christmas Break and March Break. Summers are also an option.
