General Overview

Our home is cozy, warm, quiet and safe. It's located close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. We are one minute away from the Legacy Trail where you can bike or go for long walks and there is a community pool right by our place. Sarasota is a touristy city when many come to vacation and escape the long, harsh winters. Sarasota is 2.5 hours away from Orlando, 3.5 hours away from Miami and 1 hour away from Tampa.

The Space

Our townhouse has two floors. The first floor is wherenthe kitchen, living area and half a bath are located. There is also a screened lanai with access to a large green area in the back. The second floor consists of three bedroom and two full baths. Washer and dryer units are also located upstairs making it for easy access.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is quite but walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The Legacy Trail is one minute away.

Getting to my home

Many individuals chose to fly to Tampa International Airport about one hour away. Sarasota has a small airport located about 30 minutes from our home. It's a much smaller airport and flights tend to be more expensive compared to Tampa International.

SRQ - 30 minutes TPA - 1 hour

Getting Around

Public transportation is not great in Sarasota so having a car is a must.
