General Overview
Nestled among Sitka Spruce and other charming older homes connected by steep, street stairways and friendly neighbors, our Juneau home sits within a 5 plex townhome style building. Our kitchen and dining area are open to the south side of the home allowing both extensive light and views of downtown Juneau as well as the Gastineau Channel below. We are very close to local trails. Having access to both the ocean waters and rain forests of this region is not necessarily unique to our community, but is the most special part of living here.

James
Just us, my wife and I. We are currently living and working in a remote area of Southeast Alaska despite our downtown Juneau home which has served as our family home since 2005. We continue to use and live in our home throughout the year but only on a part time basis. Anji is a school superintendent and James works as a part time school counselor and runs a private practice. We plan to do most of our traveling abroad in the summer months when we are not out exploring and cruising our local waters in our boat.
