General Overview

This apartment is incredibly convenient for family, couples or solo travellers. The tram stops right at the door - including night lines - putting all major Prague sights within 20 minutes. Located in a safe neighborhood close to trendy Vinohrady, the area offers everything within walking distance: supermarkets, parks, cafés, a sports center, post office, and more. Also very friendly for remote work as the apartment is quiet with a lot of natural light. We have 2 apartments so we are flexible with calendar for travelling and inviting people to stay. Looking for ideally these destinations in 2026/2027: Iceland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Japan, Italy, France and Korea.

Living room: - extendable sofabed - 65” Philips TV (Netflix, YouTube premium) - Sencor Vacuum Kitchen: - fully furnished with a big fridge and integrated freezer, gas stove and electric oven combined - basic kitchen appliances: kettle, hand mixer, smoothie mixer, airfryer, manual veggie chopper, ricecooker. - dinning table + 4 chairs - No coffee machine (French press available), No kitchen robot. Bedroom - 160x200 bed, mattresses, multiple pillows and blankets - large integrated closet wardrobe - Smart Philips TV 55' (Netflix, Youtube premium,...) - work zone (work desk with extended display MSi M273), mouse + keyboard pad, apple keyboard and mouse, ergonomic office chair Bathroom: - Shower booth with head shower - washing machine Electrolux with duo function (washing and drying) - WC Hallway: shoe cabinet and hangers Ground floor: private storage room

🚇 1-2min walking to the nearest tram station (major line 9 - goes across the whole city, includes night connection), Other trams goes to different part of Prague, city center from the apartment in 15min by tram 🛗 lift available

Notes

Our lifestyle is relatively minimalist, please let us know if there is anything you can’t live without. Quiet time: 10pm-7am.
