General Overview
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with large living room, two terraces and a small vegetable garden. If you come in a season you are welcome to eat anything that grows there. With the neighbors we form a vibrat neighborhood community.
We love cooking and hosting people so our place is well equipped for the occasion.
We own a publishing house, so you will find yourself surrounded by hundreds of books (great many in English). There are thousands of other details that make it a lovely home.
We have 4 adult bicycles that you could use. There are nice bike paths to the center of Prague and to the south of the country.
The Space
Hopefully you see it all from the pictures. It is spacious, comfortable, modern, yet very cozy.
Guest Access
We are one floor above the street. You can climb one set of stairs or take an elevator - it is perfectly accesible for a wheel chair.
The other side of the apartment is on a level of a garden, so you get a direct access out from the terraces.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is quiet, perfectly walkable, super safe.
On one side, there are beautiful woods great for walks and running (500 meters from the house).
On the other side there is river (Vltava, 10 minutes walk from the house) with a beach in summer, good for water sports. There is a bike path along the river in both directions (north/south).
There is one big supermarket (500 meters)

Getting Around

Tomas
We are a family of four from Prague. We used to be avid exchangers - hosted many wonderful people from all over and became friends with many (through homeforexchange.com which doesn't exist anymore; we also traveled with help.net and https://wwoof.net). We miss the experience and want to get back.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
