Lisa was absolutely awesome to host at our beach cottage home on the Gold Coast. From the very start, her communication was super friendly, so clear, and easy. She treated my home with the utmost care and respect, and we walked back in to find it absolutely immaculate! On top of that, Lisa even left a thoughtful gift, which was such a lovely surprise. I can recommend Lisa without hesitation to anyone. She’s a dream guest, and I would welcome her back with open arms anytime! Thank you Lisa!

We had the lovely pleasure of hosting Farzana and Wayne at our home - Magnolia Cottage Gold Coast, and we couldn't have asked for better guests. Communication was open, friendly, and easy from the start, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. They looked after our home with such care and respect — we returned to find everything spotless and exactly as we left it. As a lovely surprise, they left us a thoughtful gift, which was such a kind and appreciated gesture. I had the pleasure of hosting top notch guests Grayson and Lillian at my beach cottage on the Gold Coast for 10 days, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were polite, respectful, and an absolute delight to communicate with. Not only did they leave my home in immaculate condition, but they also took the time to water the plants and care for the house, including the spa and gardens. Their thoughtfulness and genuine nature truly stood out, and I felt completely at ease knowing my home was in their capable hands. They are exactly the kind of people anyone would be happy to have stay and trust with their home. And I would delightfully and wholeheartedly welcome them back!!! We highly recommend an home exchange experience with Grayson and Lillian!

I had the absolute pleasure of communicating with Moez for an upcoming home exchange and he was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He was so lovely, enthusiastic, polite, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful and caring. Unfortunately, due to a Category 2 Cyclone Alfred hitting our area and severely impacting the Gold Coast, Moez and his family were unable to enjoy the sunny beautiful holiday destination the Gold Coast generally is at Magnolia Cottage for their dates initially booked. We were able to communicate brilliantly throughout the entire process of the ever changing cyclone situation and were able to happily negotiate outcomes based on the Queensland Governments recommendation that were in the best interests and safety of everyone of Moez and his family. We were also blown away by the generosity of Moez and his family who offered to help us clean up after the cyclone …for the day they were in transition here on the Gold Coast (after a 20 hour flight) moving between the Brisbane and Gold Coast airports to catch their ongoing flights out. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome Moez and his beautiful family another time here. They truly made such a positive impression, and we look forward to the chance to welcome them in the future! Thank you Moez!

Mel and Mike were truly exceptional as house exchange guests!!! It was delightful exchanging with them. From our first communications to when they stepped through our door, their positive energy and genuine warmth shone through! Throughout their stay, Mel and Mike displayed the utmost consideration and respect for our space. They were incredibly mindful of our home and went above and beyond by even replacing two old door handles!!! They took great care to leave everything in our home in immaculate condition on leaving which showcases a level of thoughtfulness that is truly commendable. What truly stood out was their engaging and friendly nature. We spent time sharing stories, laughing, and creating memories. Their easygoing personalities and genuine interest in others made the entire experience a pleasure. Without a doubt, we would wholeheartedly welcome Mel and Mike back into our home and exchange with them anytime!!!
