The Space

Our home is modern, spacious, and designed for effortless living. The open-plan layout includes a generous high-ceiling lounge, a cosy second media room, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for cooking, entertaining, or working from home. There are three comfortable bedrooms: • Master — super-king bed, walk-in wardrobe, private ensuite • Guest bedrooms — well sized with quality bedding The bathrooms are modern and finished to a high standard, offering great water pressure, underfloor comfort, and a peaceful aesthetic. Outdoor living is a highlight. Enjoy the sheltered alfresco lounge with outdoor fireplace/pizza oven, private spa pool, BBQ area, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Multiple outdoor zones make it easy to relax, work, or entertain. Every detail has been set up for a comfortable long-term stay.

Guest Access

The entire home is single-level with flat access throughout — no stairs. Guests will have full use of all indoor and outdoor living areas, including the kitchen, both lounges, laundry, alfresco area, spa pool, and gardens. Parking is available on the driveway, with easy access to the front door.

Our home is peaceful, private, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. We take great care of it and appreciate guests who enjoy a calm, clean, well-kept space. Spa, BBQ, and outdoor fireplace are available with simple care guidelines provided. We are specifically seeking a long-term home swap in the Gold Coast (12–18 months).

Our home sits in a quiet, modern neighbourhood in Prebbleton — one of Canterbury’s most desirable lifestyle areas. You’ll find tree-lined streets, excellent walking paths, friendly locals, and a relaxed village feel. Nearby are cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, parks, cycleways, and a supermarket. It’s peaceful, safe, and perfectly located for people who value calm surroundings with easy access to the city.

Getting to my home

The house is an easy 20–25 minute drive from Christchurch City and around 20 minutes from Christchurch Airport. Access is simple via the Southern Motorway. Guests arriving by air can rent a car or take a shuttle directly to the home. Roads are flat, well-lit, and easy to navigate.

Christchurch International Airport – approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Getting Around

A car is the easiest way to get around Prebbleton and the wider Selwyn/Christchurch area. Local shops, cafés, and the village centre are just a 2–3 minute drive or a pleasant 15–20 minute walk. Christchurch’s malls, beaches, wineries, and attractions are all within short driving distance. We’re open to discussing a vehicle swap as part of a long-term exchange.
