**Under Construction** Hello, we are Maurina and Greg, we are just getting started on the site, as of December 2025, so please bear with us, while we undate and refine our profile. Greg is a mostly-retired attorney, and Maurina teaches, and is an Operation Manger at a University. We are looking to swap a Condominium in Kailua-Kona Hawaii, located approximately a 5 minute walk from the ‘Kona Pier’, where the famous Hawaii Ironman starts, near downtown Kailua-Kona. It’s generally less than 20 minutes, from the Kona airport, with easy access to many beaches, shops, stores, amenities. Posting in the hopes of finding something in Scotland for 4-8 weeks, in the mid-June, to Early Aug timeframe, in 2026. Some flexibility, as Maurina has the ability to work remotely during this timeframe. However, looking for interesting European swaps as well in the future, so feel free to propose something. Generally looking for swaps iof 4-8 wks in duration. It’s a 1 bed/bath condo.
