General Overview

Our apartment is spacious and bright. It is located in a quiet and lively area near the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. Ideal for visiting Paris and meeting in the evening in a lively and quiet area. We have been home exchanging for 8 years and love to travel this way. Our house is suitable for families, our children enjoy lending their rooms, games and books. Welcome to our home!

The Space

Our apartment includes a closed kitchen, a living-dining room. In the continuity, separated by a blackout curtain, there is an office area and the parental bed (140 x 190 cm). These spaces each have a south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view. In the hallway are the toilet and bathroom. At the end of the hallway, there are two bedrooms: - a bedroom with two single beds stacked together that can be separated to make two single beds or a double bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as an adult-sized loft bed. - a bedroom with an adult-sized mezzanine bed. Both bedrooms have views of the Eiffel Tower.

We are on the 7th floor with elevator with an unobstructed view facing south on the balcony side and a view of the Eiffel Tower on the bedroom side.

We are a Parisian couple, a PE teacher and a psychologist. We have three children: Louise, 10 years old (born in 2015), Quentin, 9 years old (born in 2016) and Romane, 6 years old (born in 2019).
