Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (47m²) is ideal for 1-4 people. The apartment is located on the 8th floor with a lift. 
The configuration of the apartment is as follows: a living room with air conditioning which can be used for both cooling and heating, high speed WiFi, a Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube and Netflix using your account) , coffee table, a breakfast bar and stools, leading to the open plan kitchen-including an oven, 2 electric hobs, all usual cutlery and utensils to make a full meal, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a full size fridge freezer.
The bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet, a sink and a wash basin with storage and a hairdryer.
The balcony hosts a 4 seater dining table and chairs, with a comfy bench to enjoy the sunset behind. You are welcome to enjoy the selection of games on offer- uno, chess, dominoes, puzzles, also included is a clothes drying rack, an iron and ironing facilities. Beach umbrellas/sandcastle building tools, tennis equipment, yoga mats and volleyball are available to use also.  Only a few streets walk to the beach Praia Da Rocha, beach bars, tennis/ padel courts, Portimao museum about local history, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, surfing spots, sup rentals and world class hiking trails are all close. Portimao is a vibrant city with so much to discover. It’s also a good base to explore the Algarve, being near the train and bus station

Hi! I’m Sophie, I’m English living in the beautiful Algarve Portugal. I work from home part time, and also work at yoga and surf retreats as a massage therapist. I’m offering my clean cute apartment to swap. It’s a lovely place in a great location 5 mins walk away from the beach and close to shops, the train and bus station, restaurants, beach bars and a short walk from the marina. It has free onsite parking ( which otherwise can be difficult to find in this area!) 
I’m clean and trustworthy and have previously rented out my apartment on Flatio before ( see reviews). I’m hoping to travel a bit this year and thought house swapping would be a good experience! 
I’m interested in swapping home for somewhere in the mountains to ski, somewhere in nature and city breaks for around 1 week maybe +
